Overview

By using these pages or pledging on Patreon, you agree to these Terms. Pledges help cover server hosting costs. Reserved slots are provided as a thank-you perk for active supporters.

Perk description

Active patrons may receive a reserved server slot. This perk lets you join when public slots are full, subject to server capacity, game rules, and technical limits.

Best-effort service

• Reserved slots are provided on a best-effort basis.
• Availability may be affected by outages or changes from third parties (e.g., Patreon, Steam, hosting providers) or game updates.
• Temporary downtime, maintenance, or failures to validate membership do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Eligibility & verification

• You must sign in with Patreon and link a valid SteamID64.
• Perks apply while your Patreon membership is active and in good standing.
• We may periodically re-verify your membership and remove perks if eligibility ends.

Conduct & bans

• All community rules apply equally to patrons and non-patrons.
• Donations do not grant immunity from moderation. Bans or penalties still apply and are not lifted because of donations.

Refunds, billing & tax

• All payments are processed by Patreon under their terms and policies.
• We do not handle your payment data or issue refunds. Any billing issues should be resolved with Patreon.
• VAT handling: Where required, VAT is calculated, collected, and remitted by Patreon. Supporters are not charged any additional tax by us.
• Nature of support: Pledges are contributions to help cover server hosting costs and include a courtesy perk (reserved slot). They are not a purchase of goods or paid services.

Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotMassacre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outages or failures caused by third-party platforms or services. Our total liability relating to these pages and perks is limited to the amount you paid to us for the perk during the prior one-month period.

Termination

We may suspend or remove perks for rule violations, abuse, fraud, or at our discretion. You may unlink your Steam ID at any time from the Link page.

Changes

We may update these Terms as systems or requirements change. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use indicates acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, with mandatory consumer protections preserved where applicable.
